Every undereducated illegal head of household costs taxpayers $22,000 a year more than any contributions made, for a total of $1,000,000 per lifetime. Illegals are an Economic disaster for Americans, but exorbitantly profitable for traitors who hire and support them with our tax money. If illegals remain, you and your family will slide into a life of poverty and pain. As resources continue to be looted from our country, and circumstances become more dire, there will be unavoidable ethnic and class warfare. Every taxpayer dollar spent on illegals is another dollar put in the pockets of traitors who employ them.Every day 25 Americans are killed by illegals while traitors profit. Millions of illegals kill, rob, rape, and molest thousands of Americans while traitors in Congress support them for a share of the blood money. Remember, 28% of convicts are illegals and they are only 4% of population. Forty percent of unemployment of Blacks is due to illegals/immigrants. Many hospitals are out of business and will not be there when you need them because of free care for illegals. Illegals are bringing deadly diseases back into our country. Criminal illegal gangs are out of control and spreading across our country. Our property taxes are high because we are forced to educate children of illegals who do not contribute. Illegals hurt our economy by sending billions of dollars home. Illegals steal our jobs and lower wages. Your auto insurance is high because most illegals do not have any.You must convince those in congress that you, your family and friends will never vote for anyone who does not support your views on illegals.Many in government hold average Americans in contempt, thinking they can openly commit Treason by ignoring their oath of office, our Constitution, and the rule of law. Please remember that many in Congress can not relate to you because they were born into wealth and think they are superior to us.These traitors are wrong, the only reason they have not yet been defeated at the polls is because our people were not told the truth by the business-controlled and agenda-driven media. Many times I have personally given media, at the highest levels, documented negative facts on illegals, and they refuse to report them. We call that an agenda. But there is a new media on the internet telling Americans the truth.Citizens are also learning of the more complex agreement signed by President Bush to turn over American sovereignty to the business run North American Union/SPP which would guarantee abject poverty and slavery. Make no mistake, this is a joint plan by both Democrat and Republican elites who are wealthy, went to the same schools, lie like hell, and have much in common.You must also know that if illegals are allowed to remain on any basis, any basis at all, it is all over, there is no going back, you can plan on dying homeless, hungry and in pain, regardless of your present circumstances. Here is the breakdown of students by race at America’s premier university, Obama’s alma mater, Harvard. Even though non-Jewish White Americans are almost 70 percent of the population and on average score much higher on entrance exams, they are only about 22 percent of the Harvard student body. So what race is really the victim of racial discrimination? It is the media’s way to condition readers not to pay attention to what I say because I am a “white supremacist.” The truth is I am not a White supremacist, and I seek no supremacy or control over any people, but I do demand that the rights of people of European descent to be respected as much as any other people’s rights.
The fact is that in the United States of America, Canada, the UK in many areas of Europe Whites face a powerful state-sanctioned, and often mandated, racial discrimination against White people who are better-qualified than their non-White counterparts. It may be surprising to some reading this, but millions of discriminated against Whites are often poorer and who face more difficult social situations than many of their non-White counterparts who are being given preference over them.
It also affects the most talented of our people. Many Whites are under the mistaken impression that the White victims of racial discrimination are mostly from the low income and low IQ sectors of the population. Nothing could be further from the truth. In actuality, the percentages of Whites who are victims of racial discrimination are much higher in the sectors of the White population with the highest intelligence and greatest abilities. The facts are shocking, but true.
Most people know that most universities have programs of admittance that give less-qualified minorities preference over better-qualified Whites. Almost all of the Fortune 500 largest corporations have affirmative action and diversity programs that discriminate against White people, both male and female, in hiring. They also have programs of discrimination that favor non-Whites in promotions and advancement. This is true in the academic area as well. You can look at almost any academic department of any American university and you will see in place a strong racial bias for “minorities” in preface over Whites in hiring and advancement. Whether you are talking about a university History, English or Math department in almost any university these policies are in place and powerful. These racial discriminatory policies are real, and they can be easily proven to exist. But, now we thanks to a government study, there is even a more powerful way to show their real impact on tens of millions of White Americans.
The brilliant economist and author whose pen name is Yggdrasil has compiled the data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth (NLSY) 1979, which was a massive study conducted for the U.S. Department of Labor contacted 155,000 families to obtain a representative sample by race, IQ, income, education and other factors to see how remedial efforts for minorities were doing. 12,686 survey participants were to be interviewed each year, of which 11,914 took the AQFT test - an IQ test with a very high “g” loading. The income, education and net worth charts deal only with the group which completed the test and then were tracked over time. The charts use the AQFT89 percentile scores, considered by experts to be the most psychometrically accurate.
It was done after the installation of so called “affirmative action” programs which gave preference to non-White groups over whites. The NLSY study is meant to follow this huge sampling for their entire lives to see how diversity is working out for America. The data is from this ongoing study is tangible proof of the horrendous level of racial discrimination going on against White people. I will link you to Yggdrasil’s fine paper in a moment, but let me first give you a couple of snippets from his work that proves the existence of massive racial discrimination going on against our people.
Here is a chart showing the ethnic breakdown of the most prestigious university in the United States of America: Harvard. America’s premier university is extremely expensive (unless you receive special grants and scholarships) and a degree from it just about guarantees its graduates the best paid and prestigious jobs America has to offer.
Affirmative action advocates have long said the companies or institutions that don’t reflect the actual racial population percentages are de facto racist and discriminatory. So what is the situation at Harvard, non-Jewish Whites who are about 70 pecent of the American population are only about 22 percent of the Harvard student body.
One should first consider the fact that Whites are represented in the top two percentile level on college admission tests on an average that is a 5 times higher rate than non-White groups. If one then factors in the fact that Whites are also 70 percent of the population, there should be at least 25 times more Whites who would be better qualified than the non-White students currently at Harvard. But even though these Whites are the best and brightest America has to offer they are limited to only 20 percent of Harvard students! Such is nothing more than blatant, racial discrimination. Another interesting fact one can gleam from this chart and many in the NLSY studies that Jewish over-representation is not based simply on the fact that Jews have a high intelligence, they often do twice as well as their intelligence bracket would indicate. Such would suggest the intra-tribal support system for group cohesion and advancements aids their success rate.
The NLSY data also shows how incomes today in the USA correlate with race and intelligence. Let’s take a look NLSY tracking studies of intelligent White women, these are White women in the 90 to 97 percent IQ bracket as compared to Black women in that same high 90 to 97 percent IQ bracket. The average Black females of that IQ level earned an average of approximately $54,000 per year through 1996, whereas White females on the same IQ level earned only half of that amount, about $28,000 per year through 1996.
When White women in the same intelligent bracket of Black women earn half of the average amount that the Black women do, that’s real racial discrimination.
I am not referring here to a few White women who are at least equally qualified but getting half the salary that Black women do, I am talking about the average White women in America! The NLSY is a big enough sample that reflects the whole nation. In fact it is meant to. The average White woman of high intelligence earns one-half of what Black women do of the same intelligence!
I obviously don’t like this racial discrimination against our people. Neither does the economist Yggdrasil. We advocate that the best person regardless of race gets whatever college admission or job or promotion their abilities dictate. We have no fear of how well our people will do on a fair playing field. Because we stand for true civil rights, human rights in the matter, we are called racists, and the real capper: “white supremacists.”
There are many people in America and around the world who are ignorant of the facts of anti-White racial discrimination. The media acts like it doesn’t exist. Even after the election of an affirmative action African-American President, America is still painted as an anti-Black racist country. The truth is that European Americans are facing racial discrimination in the very institutions and nation that our forefathers created. Our movement is truly a liberation movement like any other in the world that strives for a people to free and live in society of our own values rather than oppressive society imposed upon us.
We are not racists or supremacists trying to deny the rights of others.
We are human rights activists defending our people’s rights and heritage.

The London Daily Mail reports: “Police in Nigeria are holding a goat on suspicion of attempted armed robbery. Vigilantes seized the black and white goat, saying it was an armed robber who had used black magic to transform himself into an animal to escape after trying to steal a Mazda 323.”
This is a little bit too far fetched even for an X-file story. But apparently Africans will believe this sort of thing. These Nigerians are close cousins to the African Americans who just voted for Obama because they think he’ll solve all their social grievances. Maybe they think Obama will bail out all their subprime loans and buy their homes for them. Maybe they think Obama will deliver $50 per hour jobs for millions of Blacks with a sixth grade education. Maybe they think Obama will get them reparations for slavery. After all if Nigerians think a shape-shifting goat stole a car, then all these things are rationale by comparison.
The Daily Mail article continues “The group of vigilante men came to report that while they were on patrol they saw some hoodlums attempting to rob a car. They pursued them. ‘However, one of them escaped while the other turned into a goat,’ Kwara state police spokesman Tunde Mohammed said. ‘We cannot confirm the story, but the goat is in our custody. We cannot base our information on something mystical. It is something that has to be proved scientifically, that a human being turned into a goat,’ he said. Belief in witchcraft is widespread in parts of Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation. Residents came to the police station to see the goat, photographed in one national newspaper on its knees next to a pile of straw.”
Well thank goodness, the goat will get a fair trial and scientific evaluation.
Aren’t we fortunate to have as our President of the United States a man, who is just one generation removed from this rich body of African tradition? Perhaps Obama will hold a a televised address to the nation and turn himself into a goat to get our minds off the economy. Or better yet, he can turn himself into a goat at his first state of the union address, which at least would be some sort of “change” we can believe in.

Impeachment Proceeding Go Without Blagojevich
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – Gov. Rod Blagojevich's historic impeachment trial began Monday without its defiant defendant, who refused to participate and spent the day in New York making television appearances to decry the trial as unfair.
Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Fitzgerald asked whether Blagojevich was present and a long silence followed. The chief justice, who is presiding over the trial, ordered the proceedings to begin as if Blagojevich had entered a plea of not guilty.
"This is a solemn and serious business we're about to engage in," Fitzgerald told the Senate chambers.
Blagojevich, meanwhile, was hundreds of miles away and hit the morning show circuit, appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America" and "The View" before a scheduled appearance on "Larry King Live."
"I'm here in New York because I can't get a fair hearing in Illinois, the state Senate in Illinois," Blagojevich said in between appearances. "They've decided, with rules that are fixed, that don't allow me as a governor the right to be able to bring in witnesses to prove that I've done nothing wrong."
The trial will determine whether Blagojevich is removed as governor and barred from ever again holding office in Illinois. No Illinois governor has ever been impeached or ousted.
"We will make a decision, and it will be thoughtful, deliberative and fair," Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno, a Republican, said as the trial opened. "The voters of Illinois have asked for nothing more and they deserve nothing less."
Blagojevich was arrested Dec. 9, accused of scheming to benefit from his power to name President Barack Obama's replacement in the Senate. He was impeached by the House earlier this month on additional charges of circumventing hiring laws and defying decisions by the General Assembly. A two-thirds majority of the Senate could convict him at trial and throw him out of office.
While refusing to attend the trial, Blagojevich made clear he would only defend himself through a media blitz.
"I'm talking to Americans to let them know what's happening in the land of Lincoln," he said on ABC. "If they can do it to a governor, they can do it to you."
In addition to the appearance on ABC, NBC's "Today" show also aired an interview with the governor Monday.
David Ellis, the House-appointed prosecutor presenting evidence against Blagojevich at the trial, opened by asking senators to let him introduce witnesses and documents meant to bolster the criminal complaint filed by the U.S. attorney's office.
Ellis proposed hearing from Daniel Cain, the FBI agent whose affidavit describes conversations in which Blagojevich allegedly sought to sell Obama's vacant seat in the Senate and tried to pressure groups into donating to his campaign fund. He also asked to introduce evidence on the legal safeguards that ensure federal wiretaps are fair and accurate.
Senators were likely to vote on Ellis' request later Monday.
Blagojevich reiterated his innocence Monday, telling ABC that "I did nothing wrong. And if I did something wrong, I would have resigned."
State senators have denied Blagojevich's claims of bias.
The U.S. attorney has asked senators to bar testimony from anyone federal prosecutors say would jeopardize the criminal corruption trial against the governor, Republican state Sen. Matt Murphy told ABC on Monday. Murphy noted Blagojevich and the impeachment trial prosecutor have the same limitations.
"The suggestion that this is somehow unfair to the governor is the most self-serving, ludicrous statement I have ever heard in my life," Murphy said. "It couldn't be fairer for this guy."
Still, Blagojevich claims he can't call witnesses who would say they talked to him about Obama's Senate seat and Blagojevich said nothing improper.
But the governor would be able introduce public statements from such people — for example, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel saying on a news show that Blagojevich did nothing wrong when the two of them talked.
The rules also let Blagojevich seek testimony from any witnesses not related to the criminal case. But Blagojevich ignored all deadlines for proposing witnesses or introducing evidence. He also ignored the opportunity to comment on proposed Senate rules or challenge them after they were adopted.
Also Monday, Blagojevich revealed he had considered naming Oprah Winfrey to the Senate.
Winfrey, meanwhile, said she would have turned him down.
"I'm pretty amused by the whole thing," Winfrey told "The Gayle King Show" on Sirius XM Radio. "I think I could be senator too. I'm just not interested."
In recent days, Blagojevich has compared himself to the hero of a Frank Capra movie and a cowboy being lynched for a crime he didn't commit. He said that when he was arrested on federal corruption charges, he took solace from thinking of other jailed leaders — Nelson Mandela, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi.
Blagojevich also has hired a public relations firm, but spokesman Lucio Guerrero said Monday that the state won't be footing the bill.
Lt. Gov. Patrick Quinn would replace him, becoming Illinois' 41st governor.

Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Fitzgerald asked whether Blagojevich was present and a long silence followed. The chief justice, who is presiding over the trial, ordered the proceedings to begin as if Blagojevich had entered a plea of not guilty.
"This is a solemn and serious business we're about to engage in," Fitzgerald told the Senate chambers.
Blagojevich, meanwhile, was hundreds of miles away and hit the morning show circuit, appearing on ABC's "Good Morning America" and "The View" before a scheduled appearance on "Larry King Live."
"I'm here in New York because I can't get a fair hearing in Illinois, the state Senate in Illinois," Blagojevich said in between appearances. "They've decided, with rules that are fixed, that don't allow me as a governor the right to be able to bring in witnesses to prove that I've done nothing wrong."
The trial will determine whether Blagojevich is removed as governor and barred from ever again holding office in Illinois. No Illinois governor has ever been impeached or ousted.
"We will make a decision, and it will be thoughtful, deliberative and fair," Senate Minority Leader Christine Radogno, a Republican, said as the trial opened. "The voters of Illinois have asked for nothing more and they deserve nothing less."
Blagojevich was arrested Dec. 9, accused of scheming to benefit from his power to name President Barack Obama's replacement in the Senate. He was impeached by the House earlier this month on additional charges of circumventing hiring laws and defying decisions by the General Assembly. A two-thirds majority of the Senate could convict him at trial and throw him out of office.
While refusing to attend the trial, Blagojevich made clear he would only defend himself through a media blitz.
"I'm talking to Americans to let them know what's happening in the land of Lincoln," he said on ABC. "If they can do it to a governor, they can do it to you."
In addition to the appearance on ABC, NBC's "Today" show also aired an interview with the governor Monday.
David Ellis, the House-appointed prosecutor presenting evidence against Blagojevich at the trial, opened by asking senators to let him introduce witnesses and documents meant to bolster the criminal complaint filed by the U.S. attorney's office.
Ellis proposed hearing from Daniel Cain, the FBI agent whose affidavit describes conversations in which Blagojevich allegedly sought to sell Obama's vacant seat in the Senate and tried to pressure groups into donating to his campaign fund. He also asked to introduce evidence on the legal safeguards that ensure federal wiretaps are fair and accurate.
Senators were likely to vote on Ellis' request later Monday.
Blagojevich reiterated his innocence Monday, telling ABC that "I did nothing wrong. And if I did something wrong, I would have resigned."
State senators have denied Blagojevich's claims of bias.
The U.S. attorney has asked senators to bar testimony from anyone federal prosecutors say would jeopardize the criminal corruption trial against the governor, Republican state Sen. Matt Murphy told ABC on Monday. Murphy noted Blagojevich and the impeachment trial prosecutor have the same limitations.
"The suggestion that this is somehow unfair to the governor is the most self-serving, ludicrous statement I have ever heard in my life," Murphy said. "It couldn't be fairer for this guy."
Still, Blagojevich claims he can't call witnesses who would say they talked to him about Obama's Senate seat and Blagojevich said nothing improper.
But the governor would be able introduce public statements from such people — for example, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel saying on a news show that Blagojevich did nothing wrong when the two of them talked.
The rules also let Blagojevich seek testimony from any witnesses not related to the criminal case. But Blagojevich ignored all deadlines for proposing witnesses or introducing evidence. He also ignored the opportunity to comment on proposed Senate rules or challenge them after they were adopted.
Also Monday, Blagojevich revealed he had considered naming Oprah Winfrey to the Senate.
Winfrey, meanwhile, said she would have turned him down.
"I'm pretty amused by the whole thing," Winfrey told "The Gayle King Show" on Sirius XM Radio. "I think I could be senator too. I'm just not interested."
In recent days, Blagojevich has compared himself to the hero of a Frank Capra movie and a cowboy being lynched for a crime he didn't commit. Obama the Magic Negro

Okay, the Coronation has come and gone. The Democrats, the swooning Valley girls and the liberal media have their Magic Negro in the Oval Office. Now what?
The Second Great Depression is what! (Or perhaps: The Great Depression, Judgment Day.)
The Bloomberg website reports that “Microsoft Corp. will cut as many as 5,000 jobs, the first companywide firings in its 34-year history, and said sales and profit will probably drop as the recession eats into software demand. The stock fell as much as 9.7 percent. The reductions, about 5 percent of the workforce, will take place in almost all areas and help save $1.5 billion a year, the company said today in a statement. Microsoft also posted second- quarter sales and profit that missed projections, prompting the company to pull its full-year forecast.”
This Microsoft layoff is the first truly large layoff in their history. A very small lay off of 120 took place in the early ’90s after Bush Senior drove the economy into a ditch. Microsoft is the sixth most profitable corporation in the world according to Forbes. This lay off of 5,000 does not include any of the contractors working at Microsoft. It’s possible thousands of them may be laid off too.
The Bloomberg article goes on: “Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer is under pressure to reduce costs as sales growth dries up in what may be the worst recession since World War II. Microsoft’s Windows division, about a quarter of revenue, is suffering a sales decline that surprised the company as personal-computer shipments rose at the slowest rate in six years in the fourth quarter.”
Their last software package Vista was the mother of all failures. Perhaps they let their increasing number of Hindu programmers call the shots on that one. It is so bad that some brand new computers have recently switched back to XP –an unprecedented admission of failure. Not only is XP being offered again, the next version, Windows 7 is being rushed out early in the hopes that people will forget the failure, that was Vista.
The programming jobs have been outsourced to bloatware-writing Hindus in India –the kind who produced Vista.
A Depression is coming people, and the American people can’t handle it. Americans are no longer the tough,resilient people of the 1930s, and we’ve got a lot further to fall. We don’t do adversity well. In fact, most of us have never been forced to do it at all, and have no idea how to survive truly hard times. Let’s just hope all the hostility is turned on the Jewish wire-pullers who have wrecked our economy, corrupted our government and taken us in the wrong direction for over 70 years.

The men, who understand the financial world best, are selling their stocks and getting ready for hard times. They don’t want any part of the new Obama-run economy, and they are voting with their wallets.
The Bloomberg web site reports: “U.S. stocks sank, sending the Dow Jones Industrial Average to its worst Inauguration Day decline, as speculation banks must raise more capital sent financial shares to an almost 14-year low. State Street Corp., the largest money manager for institutions, tumbled 59 percent after unrealized bond losses almost doubled. Wells Fargo & Co. and Bank of America Corp. slumped more than 23 percent on an analyst’s prediction that they’ll need to take steps to shore up their balance sheets. The Dow’s 4 percent slide was the most on an Inauguration Day in the measure’s 112-year history, according to data compiled by Bloomberg and the Stock Trader’s Almanac.”
Don’t hold your breath for the mainstream media to report on this financial stampede for the exits. As far as the liberal reporters are concerned, they still think Obama is the “Brown Messiah.” It was nothing but praise and adulation from them all-day-long during the inauguration.
The Bloomberg article notes “The S&P 500 plunged 5.3 percent to 805.22. The S&P 500 Financials Index fell 17 percent to below its lowest closing level since March 1995 as concern European banks need more capital also weighed on the group. The Dow average slid 332.13 points to 7,949.09. Both the Dow and S&P 500 retreated to two- month lows. The S&P 500 is off to its worst start to a year, shattering the biggest rally since World War II, as analysts cut earnings estimates by a record 83 percentage points and companies signal worse to come. The S&P 500 is down 11 percent in the first 12 trading days of 2009, exceeding last year’s 9.2 percent drop, according to data compiled by Bloomberg going back to 1928. The decline helped erase more than two-thirds of a 24 percent rally since Nov. 20 as optimism that government spending would revive the economy evaporated. ….the U.S. banking system is effectively insolvent.”
The big finance boys know that Obama and his Democrat Congress mean a “social democracy” –a slightly less toxic form of Marxist socialism which might be called Marxism lite. Already, the American banking system has become effectively nationalized through government bailout money obligingly printed off in the hundreds of billions of dollars (if not trillions) by the Federal Reserve. Now that Obama has his brown fingers on the printing press button, that money is going to continue rolling off the presses, creating massive inflation.
Unemployment is already unofficially over the 10% mark, and the job losses over the next year will be catastrophic, equaling or surpassing those of the Great Depression. There can be no question that we are heading for the Second Great Depression, or at least the Son of the Great Depression. This hapless mulatto and the people who are telling him what to do have one solution for every problem: throw money at it and spend like drunken sailors. If there’s not enough money, then tax the White people, who still have jobs until the government is taking 70 to 80 percent of their salaries.
We are following in the footsteps of the Communist Robert Mugabe and his failed, bankrupt nation of Zimbabwe in every sense.

ADL’s New ‘Trojan Horse’ Hate Bill

The Anti-Defamation League, architect of hate laws worldwide, has served up two hate bills to Congress this term. These include a condensed version of the same one that failed to pass over the past ten years, “The David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act.” Reintroduction of the familiar bill was no surprise, as it had been rejected five times.
The big news is emergence of a different sounding hate bill, a seemingly harmless version with ostensibly humanitarian, not punitive, ambitions. This is the David Ray Ritcheson Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, H.R. 262. It is classic “Trojan horse” legislation, attempting to charm wary legislators into making America a hate crimes bureaucracy.
H.R. 262 wants to establish a federal hate crime “clearinghouse” or “resource” center and database. Through a website and 24-hour hotline, it will receive hate crime complaints nationwide. “Anti-bias” pro-homosexual education will pervade every level of American schooling – from kindergarten to graduate school. It will “prevent” hate crime through an extensive curricula dedicated to eliminating those “seed ideas” which cause hate crimes, i.e., Christian disapproval of homosexuality. Such reeducation will be enforced upon students, teachers, professors, and administrators everywhere. Price tag: $10,000,000 annually.
ADL at the Top
Who will administer this new hate crime bureaucracy? H.R. 262 says that, although Congress will make it law, it won’t be run by the government. Instead, the bill says the government will be looking for a private non-profit organization with broad experience in hate crimes education, prevention, and statistics gathering.
Where might such a high-minded, illustrious, and experienced organization be found? You guessed it. There’s only one “civil liberties” group remotely equal to that task, one which describes itself as “the world’s leading organization fighting anti-Semitism through programs and services that counteract hatred, prejudice, and bigotry,” the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
H.R. 262 is ADL’s attempt to insert itself into the U.S. government as the nation’s hate law teacher. It already fulfills that role in law enforcement. Since passage of ADL’s Hate Crimes Statistics Act in 1980, it received federal authority to teach hate crimes theory, enforcement, and statistics gathering to the U.S. Justice Department, FBI, and police clear down to the local precinct. ADL is not only PR representative for Israel but is the adjunct of a Jewish religious organization, B’nai B’rith International. ADL loudly protests Christian mixing of religion with politics, but no one compares to ADL’s mixing of synagogue with state!
If ADL can’t pass the familiar hate bill, establishing power of the federal government to punish hate crimes in the states, it hopes to pass its second bill, endowing itself with unlimited powers to educate us and our children out of the “mental illness” of “homophobia.” Through the decades, ADL made it abundantly clear that it considers bias against homosexuality rooted in biblical “hate speech” as the underlying cause of hate crimes against homosexuals.
Christian-Persecuting State Hate Laws
“But,” you may ask, “What good is education against hate crimes unless there is government power to enforce it?”
Actually, ADL already has persuaded 45 U.S. states to pass versions of its model anti-hate law. These potentially Christian-persecuting hate laws were set up since 1990 to make sure that even if it fails to pass a federal hate bill ADL will still have local empowerment to persecute Christians. Such diversified enforcement is far inferior to massive federal enforcement, yet, clearly, ADL, after ten years of failing to obtain a federal law, may be ready to settle for second best. Control of federal hate crime education nationwide with at least 45 states locked into laws inclined to criminalize Christian “haters” means tremendous advancement of ADL’s goal to end freedom - just as ADL ended freedom in Canada under its similar hate law in 1971.
For the past 30 years, ADL has had to ask state governments, school districts, city councils, civic organizations, etc., for permission to educate their members. ADL initiatives have included its “No Place for Hate,” “World of Difference,” and now cyber-bullying, anti-homophobia programs. If H.R. 262 is passed, ADL will enjoy federal authority to teach anti-Christian values on all levels of U.S. education. Educators, parents, or students will have to take it or become federal criminals! In 2008, Gov. Schwarzenegger passed liberal Jewish activist Sheila Kuhl’s anti-Christian bill S.B.777, making it illegal to criticize homosexuality in California public schools. If H.R. 262 is passed, a tidal wave of federal suppression of Christian values will flood every classroom in America.
Homosexuals: New Welfare Class
S.B. 262 contains other unprecedented pro-homosexual initiatives.
Although the 14th Amendment to the Constitution forbids special rights, privileges, or services to preferred groups, S.B. 262 defies this giving special federal assistance to alleged victims of hate crimes. These include unemployment compensation, leave from work, temporary housing, free legal help and advocacy as well as psychological counseling. It will also forbid life and health insurance companies from “discriminating” against alleged hate crimes victims once they learn such persons are homosexuals. Obviously, if a life insurance company knows that an applicant is a homosexual, part of a class with a much lower average life expectancy due to AIDS, it might be reluctant to insure. This legislation forbids such insurers or health insurance companies from treating them differently than the rest of the population.
Who proves that an alleged hate victim is really a victim and not just scamming the government? Will a court verdict, following trial by a judge and/or jury, be required? Absolutely not. If that were the criterion, then only the tiniest number of hate crimes victims could file for compensation. Only a small percentage of the alleged 7,500 alleged hate crimes in America are proven as fact in court of law. The rest are “hate crimes incidents” – taunts, fisticuffs, verbal “intimidation,” etc. which are judged by the local police as “hate crimes” but have never seen a courtroom. Instead, S.B. 262 says the opinion of the prosecuting attorney is sufficient to establish the plaintiff as a bona fide hate crime victim. Such a declaration may be given by the DA just as soon as he decides to prosecute the “hate criminal.” If the alleged victim claims he has been unable to work because of “emotional stress,” he is then eligible for immediate federal benefits and unemployment compensation even though his case may be never go through the court. The government will also provide benefits to his civil union “spouse,” sons, daughters, or parents! This means that all a homosexual has to do is scream, “Hate crime!” convincingly enough, persuading the local DA to prosecute his adversary. He may then start receiving many forms of federal assistance. Victims of the same crimes, not motivated by bias, can only look on with envy.
It takes little imagination to envision a new welfare class of predominantly homosexual hate crimes “victims,” created by S.B. 262.
Will Congress buy it? Rep. Jackson-Lee’s legislative expert told me the creators of S.B. 262 are optimistic that its soft-sell, compassionate approach will persuade Congress to pass it. He’s probably right, especially if Christian/conservative watchdog groups are not courageous or innovative enough to fight it.
Of one thing we may be sure: No Christian/conservative leader will breathe a word of how ADL has created or will benefit from this frightening legislation. Since ADL is Jewish, they will continue to lie to their constituencies, spreading the fantasy that hate laws are the brainchild of the “homosexual lobby.”
That leaves it to you and me to expose and battle down S.B. 262. The best way to accomplish that is to do what has worked so well before: repeatedly bombard Congress with communications. These potentially Christian-persecuting hate laws were set up since 1990 to make sure that even if it fails to pass a federal hate bill ADL will still have local empowerment to persecute Christians. Such diversified enforcement is far inferior to massive federal enforcement, yet, clearly, ADL, after ten years of failing to obtain a federal law, may be ready to settle for second best. Control of federal hate crime education nationwide with at least 45 states locked into laws inclined to criminalize Christian “haters” means tremendous advancement of ADL’s goal to end freedom - just as ADL ended freedom in Canada under its similar hate law in 1971.
For the past 30 years, ADL has had to ask state governments, school districts, city councils, civic organizations, etc., for permission to educate their members. ADL initiatives have included its “No Place for Hate,” “World of Difference,” and now cyber-bullying, anti-homophobia programs. If H.R. 262 is passed, ADL will enjoy federal authority to teach anti-Christian values on all levels of U.S. education. Educators, parents, or students will have to take it or become federal criminals! In 2008, Gov. Schwarzenegger passed liberal Jewish activist Sheila Kuhl’s anti-Christian bill S.B.777, making it illegal to criticize homosexuality in California public schools. If H.R. 262 is passed, a tidal wave of federal suppression of Christian values will flood every classroom in America.
Homosexuals: New Welfare Class
S.B. 262 contains other unprecedented pro-homosexual initiatives.
Although the 14th Amendment to the Constitution forbids special rights, privileges, or services to preferred groups, S.B. 262 defies this giving special federal assistance to alleged victims of hate crimes. These include unemployment compensation, leave from work, temporary housing, free legal help and advocacy as well as psychological counseling. It will also forbid life and health insurance companies from “discriminating” against alleged hate crimes victims once they learn such persons are homosexuals. Obviously, if a life insurance company knows that an applicant is a homosexual, part of a class with a much lower average life expectancy due to AIDS, it might be reluctant to insure. This legislation forbids such insurers or health insurance companies from treating them differently than the rest of the population.
Who proves that an alleged hate victim is really a victim and not just scamming the government? Will a court verdict, following trial by a judge and/or jury, be required? Absolutely not. If that were the criterion, then only the tiniest number of hate crimes victims could file for compensation. Only a small percentage of the alleged 7,500 alleged hate crimes in America are proven as fact in court of law. The rest are “hate crimes incidents” – taunts, fisticuffs, verbal “intimidation,” etc. which are judged by the local police as “hate crimes” but have never seen a courtroom. Instead, S.B. 262 says the opinion of the prosecuting attorney is sufficient to establish the plaintiff as a bona fide hate crime victim. Such a declaration may be given by the DA just as soon as he decides to prosecute the “hate criminal.” If the alleged victim claims he has been unable to work because of “emotional stress,” he is then eligible for immediate federal benefits and unemployment compensation even though his case may be never go through the court. The government will also provide benefits to his civil union “spouse,” sons, daughters, or parents! This means that all a homosexual has to do is scream, “Hate crime!” convincingly enough, persuading the local DA to prosecute his adversary. He may then start receiving many forms of federal assistance. Victims of the same crimes, not motivated by bias, can only look on with envy.
It takes little imagination to envision a new welfare class of predominantly homosexual hate crimes “victims,” created by S.B. 262.
Will Congress buy it? Rep. Jackson-Lee’s legislative expert told me the creators of S.B. 262 are optimistic that its soft-sell, compassionate approach will persuade Congress to pass it. He’s probably right, especially if Christian/conservative watchdog groups are not courageous or innovative enough to fight it.
Of one thing we may be sure: No Christian/conservative leader will breathe a word of how ADL has created or will benefit from this frightening legislation. Since ADL is Jewish, they will continue to lie to their constituencies, spreading the fantasy that hate laws are the brainchild of the “homosexual lobby.”
That leaves it to you and me to expose and battle down S.B. 262. The best way to accomplish that is to do what has worked so well before: repeatedly bombard Congress with communications. Whites Flee California

Actually, Whites have been fleeing California for years now, but this is the latest article on the topic. Looks like the bloom is finally off the Left Coast rose and California Dreamin’ has become a nightmare.
A recent news article reports “Mike Reilly spent his lifetime chasing the California dream. This year he’s going to look for it in Colorado.With a house purchase near Denver in the works, the 38-year-old engineering contractor plans to move his family 1,200 miles away from his home state’s lemon groves, sunshine and beaches. For him, years of rising taxes, dead-end schools, unchecked illegal immigration and clogged traffic have robbed the Golden State of its allure. Is there something left of the California dream? ‘If you are a Hollywood actor,’ Reilly says, ‘but not for us.’”
I’m shocked. They actually mentioned “unchecked illegal immigration!” Even a year ago, I don’t think that would have made it past the politically correct censors. Then again, it gets a little hard to write news articles about California going broke, or White people leaving California, or California public schools getting horribly overcrowded without mentioning illegal aliens.
The article notes “Since the days of the Gold Rush, California has represented the Promised Land, an image celebrated in the songs of the Beach Boys and embodied by Silicon Valley’s instant millionaires and the young men and women who achieve stardom in Hollywood. But for many California families last year, tomorrow started somewhere else. The number of people leaving California for another state outstripped the number moving in from another state during the year ending on July 1, 2008. California lost a net total of 144,000 people during that period — more than any other state, according to census estimates. That is about equal to the population of Syracuse, N.Y. The state with the next-highest net loss through migration between states was New York, which lost just over 126,000 residents.”
New York, of course, is also full of illegal immigrants driving out native-born Whites. The alien population in their largest city originally came from Jewish ghettos all over Europe. Later a wave of swarthy, hot-headed immigrants from Puerto Rico plagued New York City. Nowadays, New York is full of turban-wearing cab drivers and a racial diversity, that outdoes the ancient Babylon in the Bible.

Among other things: California’s unemployment rate hit 8.4 percent in November, the third-highest in the nation, and it is expected to get worse. A record 236,000 foreclosures are projected for 2008, more than the prior nine years combined, according to research firm MDA DataQuick. Personal income was about flat last year. With state government facing a $41.6 billion budget hole over 18 months, residents are bracing for higher taxes, cuts in education and postponed tax rebates. A multibillion-dollar plan to remake downtown Los Angeles has stalled, and office vacancy rates there and in San Diego and San Jose surpass the 10.2 percent national average. Median housing prices have nose-dived one-third from a 2006 peak, but many homes are still out of reach for middle-class families. Some small towns are on the brink of bankruptcy. Normally recession-proof Hollywood has been hit by layoffs…. the erosion of home prices eliminated over $1 trillion in wealth.”
This is what happens when you allow uncontrolled Third World Immigration. Not only do White people have to suffer crowded conditions and hopelessly clogged traffic more typical of Hong Kong or Mexico City; they must pay sky high taxes for the public schools and free medical care for the hordes of Third World poor who are making their lives miserable.

Jew Madoff Allowed on Bail
NEW YORK – A judge allowed disgraced investor Bernard Madoff to remain free on bail Monday, rejecting an attempt by prosecutors to send him to jail for mailing more than $1 million in jewelry to family and friends over the holidays.
The decision means Madoff will avoid having to leave the comfort of his $7 million penthouse and await trial in a cramped jail cell with nothing but bunkbeds, a sink and toilet. Madoff will remain under house arrest and under the constant watch of security guards.
The ruling further outraged investors who have been clamoring for Madoff to be sent to jail for allegedly carrying out the largest financial fraud in history. They find it shocking that Madoff is free on bail, despite distributing assets that could be used to help repay investors who lost billions.
Stephen A. Weiss, a lawyer for several dozen Madoff investors, said there "are people on the street who are very unhappy" with the ruling.
"There is a thirst for blood that transcends just those who have been victimized. There is a feeling ... that folks like Bernard Madoff get a different brand of justice than the guy in the street," Weiss said.
The judge acknowledged the huge public interest in the case, but said that sound legal considerations must take priority. He said that prosecutors failed to make a good enough argument that keeping Madoff free on bail represents an economic harm to the community.
"The issue at this stage of the criminal proceedings is not whether Madoff has been charged in perhaps the largest Ponzi scheme ever, not whether Madoff's alleged actions should result in his widespread disapprobation by the public, nor even what is appropriate punishment after conviction," Magistrate Judge Ronald L. Ellis wrote.
"The government fails to provide sufficient evidence that any potential future dissemination of Madoff's assets would rise to the level of an economic harm," the judge wrote.
The anxiously awaited bail decision does put additional restrictions on Madoff, including forcing him to come up with a list of items at his apartment and allowing a security firm to check on the items. The security company will also be allowed to search all outgoing mail from Madoff to ensure that no property has been transferred.
"It is highly suspect that a man as sophisticated as Madoff appears to be did not pause to consider the possible ramifications of this proposed course of action on his release conditions," the judge said. "Given Madoff's failing in this regard, it is appropriate that his ability to transfer property be restricted as completely as possible."
The decision can be appealed, but prosecutors have not said if they will do so. Yusill Scribner, a spokeswoman for prosecutors, said the government had no comment on the ruling.
Defense lawyer Ira Sorkin says the bail opinion "speaks for itself and we intend to comply with the judge's order." Sorkin has said the gifts were an innocent mistake and said he is neither a danger to the community nor a threat to flee.
In a separate decision, another magistrate signed off on an extension for the deadline to indict Madoff until Feb. 11. That means Madoff will remain free for at least another month, provided he does not violate conditions of the bail.
The judge also noted that it is quite common for defendants to be granted bail, even those charged with violent offense.
"Even for the most serious offense, more than half of all defendants are released on bail conditions, including 51 percent for violent offenses, 57 percent for property offenses and 73 percent for fraud."
In another development, a bankruptcy judge ruled that a trustee can issue subpoenas to investigate the flow of money in the investment fund run by Madoff. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Burton Lifland gave permission to the trustee, Irving Picard, to subpoena witnesses. The trustee is overseeing the liquidation of the fund for the bankruptcy court.

Blagojevich Impeached
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – The Illinois House voted overwhelmingly Friday to impeach Gov. Rod Blagojevich, an unprecedented action that sets up a Senate trial on whether he should be thrown out for abuse of power, including allegations that he tried to sell President-elect Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat.
Impeachment required just 60 votes. The final result was 114-1.
Legislators accused the second-term Democratic governor of letting down the people of Illinois by letting ego and ambition drive his decisions.
"It's our duty to clean up the mess and stop the freak show that's become Illinois government," said Rep. Jack D. Franks, a Democrat.
Blagojevich was out jogging in his Chicago neighborhood when the vote came down.
Blagojevich refused to answer any specific questions about the vote, but upon returning from his jog, he likened his situation to long-distance running.
"Let me simply say I feel like the old Alan Sillitoe short story 'The Loneliness of the Long-Distance Runner.' ... And that's what this is by the way, a long-distance run," he said.
He then promised to say more at an afternoon news conference.
During the House's 90-minute debate on impeachment, no one spoke up to defend the governor. But Rep. Milton Patterson, a Chicago Democrat, made the sole vote against impeaching Blagojevich.
Patterson said he read the impeachment committee's report and wasn't comfortable voting against the governor. "I have no firsthand knowledge of any of the evidence," he said.
"I went by my own gut feeling, it's as simple as that," he said. "I read the report. If the government is going to indict him, let them go ahead and do that. That's their job and I'm doing my job."
Rep. Elga Jefferies, another Chicago Democrat, voted "present."
Blagojevich was arrested Dec. 9 on federal charges that include allegations he schemed to profit from his power to name Obama's replacement in the Senate. The criminal complaint included an FBI agent's sworn affidavit describing wiretaps that caught Blagojevich allegedly talking about what he could get for the seat, how to pressure people into making campaign contributions and more.
That arrest triggered impeachment hearings by a special House committee.
The committee on Thursday unanimously recommended impeachment based on the criminal charges but other allegations as well — that Blagojevich expanded a health care program without proper authority, that he circumvented hiring laws to give jobs to political allies, that he spent millions of dollars on foreign flu vaccine that he knew wasn't needed and couldn't be brought into the country.
"The citizens of this state must have confidence that their governor will faithfully serve the people and put their interests before his own," the committee's report said. "It is with profound regret that the committee finds that our current governor has not done so."
Blagojevich has denied the criminal charges. He criticized the House impeachment process as biased and said a Senate trial would produce a different result.
But he didn't testify before the House impeachment committee and hasn't offered an explanation for the federal charges.
"His silence in this great matter is deafening," said House Majority Leader Barbara Flynn Currie, a Chicago Democrat.

UN AID Truck Attacked By Israelis
JERUSALEM – The U.N. suspended aid shipments in the Gaza Strip on Thursday and the Red Cross restricted its convoys after their trucks came under Israeli fire. The threat of a wider conflict arose when militants in Lebanon fired two rockets into northern Israel.
One rocket crashed into a retirement home, but there were no serious injuries. Israel responded with mortar shells.
The driver of the U.N. truck died immediately; another worker in the truck died later of his wounds. The truck, which came under fire in northern Gaza, was marked with the U.N. flag and insignia.
During a three-hour pause in the fighting to allow in food and fuel and let medics collect the dead, nearly three dozen bodies were found beneath the rubble of bombed out buildings in Gaza City.
Many of the dead were in the same neighborhood where the international Red Cross said rescuers discovered young children too weak to stand who had stayed by their dead mothers. The aid group accused Israel of an "unacceptable" delay in allowing workers to reach the area.
Relations between Israel and humanitarian organizations have grown increasingly tense as civilian casualties have mounted.
The United Nations demanded an inquiry this week after Israeli shells killed nearly 40 Palestinians near a U.N. school filled with Gazans. Israel said militants had launched an attack from the area, then ran into a crowd of civilians for cover.
The 13-day Israeli offensive has killed about 750 Palestinians, according to Palestinian hospital officials and human rights workers. Two Israeli soldiers were killed in combat Thursday, raising the number of soldiers killed in Gaza to eight since the assault began Dec. 27. Four Israelis, including one soldier, also have been killed by rockets fired at Israeli cities.
"We've been coordinating with them (Israeli forces) and yet our staff continue to be hit and killed," said a U.N. spokesman, Chris Gunness, announcing the suspension. The U.N. is the largest aid provider in Gaza.
Israeli police, meanwhile, said militants in the Gaza Strip fired 24 rockets into Israel on Thursday, injuring four people, one of them seriously. Militants fired larger numbers of rockets in the early days of the conflict.
The Israeli assault is intended to halt years of Palestinian rocket attacks on southern Israel. But with roughly half the Palestinian dead believed to be civilians, international efforts to broker a cease-fire have been gaining steam.
Israeli envoys traveled to Egypt on Thursday to discuss the proposal being brokered by France and Egypt.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy said any time lost will play into the hands of those who want war.
"The weapons must go quiet, the escalation must stop, Israel must obtain security guarantees and leave Gaza," he said in Paris.
The U.N. provides food aid to around 750,000 Gaza residents — about half of Gaza's population — and runs dozens of schools and clinics throughout the territory. They have some 9,000 local staffers in Gaza as well as a small team of international staffers.
Elena Mancusi Materi, UNRWA's spokeswoman in Geneva, said the suspension concerned all truck movement in Gaza.
"If someone comes to one of our food distribution centers, we will give that person food," she said. "If people come to our clinics with injuries, we will treat them."
For a second straight day, Israel suspended its Gaza military operation for three hours to allow in humanitarian supplies. Shortly before the pause took effect, the U.N. said one of its aid trucks came under fire from a gunner on an Israeli tank, killing the driver.
U.N. spokesman Adnan Abu Hasna said the U.N. coordinated the delivery in northern Gaza with Israel, and the vehicle was marked with a U.N. flag and insignia. The Israeli army said it was investigating.
Hasna said the truck driver died immediately and another man in the truck died later of his wounds. A third man was also injured.
In Geneva, the international Red Cross said it would restrict its aid operations to Gaza City for at least one day after one of its convoys came under Israeli fire at the Netzarim crossing during the pause in fighting Thursday. One driver was lightly injured.
Dr. Moaiya Hassanain of the Palestinian Health Ministry said 35 bodies were discovered Thursday during the three-hour lull in several areas around Gaza City that have seen fierce fighting between Israeli troops and Hamas militants.
He said it was unclear how many militants were killed because the remains were in poor condition, but that women and children were among the dead. Hassanain said 746 Palestinians have died in the Israeli offensive.
Many of the dead found Thursday were in Gaza City's Zeitoun neighborhood, where the international Red Cross said it found four small children alive next to their mothers' bodies in the rubble of a home hit by Israeli shelling. The aid group says 15 dead were recovered from two houses in Zeitoun on Wednesday.
A Red Cross spokesman says rescuers had been refused permission by Israeli forces to reach the site for four days. It said the delay was "unacceptable."
The Red Cross statement was a rare public criticism from the aid group, which normally conducts confidential negotiations with warring parties.
The Israeli military said in a statement that Hamas militants used Palestinian civilians as human shields, and that Israeli forces work closely with aid groups to help civilians in Gaza.
In other Gaza violence, Israel attacks killed at least 24 Palestinians Thursday, including the U.N. driver, according to Hassanain.
The rockets from Lebanon raised the specter of renewed hostilities on Israel's northern frontier, 2 1/2 years after Israel battled the Hezbollah guerrilla group to a 34-day stalemate. War broke out between Hezbollah and Israel in 2006 as Israel battled Palestinian militants in Gaza, on Israel's southern borders.
No group claimed responsibility. Lebanon's government condemned the attack, and Hezbollah — which is now part of Lebanon's government — denied any responsibility for the rocket fire, which lightly injured two Israelis at a retirement home.
"The rocket entered through the roof, hurling the water heaters into the air. It went through bedrooms upstairs and then into the kitchen," said Henry Carmelli, the home's manager.
Israel has repeatedly said it was prepared for a possible attack on the north since it launched its campaign against Hamas militants in Gaza. Israel has mobilized thousands of reserve troops for such a scenario, and leaders have warned Hezbollah of dire consequences if it enters the fighting.
"We are prepared and will respond as necessary," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said.
The Israeli offensive has reduced Palestinian rocket fire, but not stopped it. Several barrages were reported Thursday, including one strike that damaged a school and sports center in the southern city of Ashkelon, police said. Both buildings were empty.
For Israel to accept a proposed cease-fire deal, "there has to be a total and complete cessation of all hostile fire from Gaza into Israel, and ... we have to see an arms embargo on Hamas that will receive international support," said government spokesman Mark Regev.
Hamas said it would not accept a truce deal unless it includes an end to the Israeli blockade of Gaza — something Israel says it is not willing to do. Israel and Egypt have maintained a stiff economic embargo on Gaza since the Hamas takeover in June 2007.
The Palestinian Authority controls the West Bank while Hamas rules Gaza — territories on opposite sides of Israel that are supposed to make up a future Palestinian state.

One rocket crashed into a retirement home, but there were no serious injuries. Israel responded with mortar shells.
The driver of the U.N. truck died immediately; another worker in the truck died later of his wounds. The truck, which came under fire in northern Gaza, was marked with the U.N. flag and insignia.
During a three-hour pause in the fighting to allow in food and fuel and let medics collect the dead, nearly three dozen bodies were found beneath the rubble of bombed out buildings in Gaza City.
Many of the dead were in the same neighborhood where the international Red Cross said rescuers discovered young children too weak to stand who had stayed by their dead mothers. The aid group accused Israel of an "unacceptable" delay in allowing workers to reach the area.
Relations between Israel and humanitarian organizations have grown increasingly tense as civilian casualties have mounted.
The United Nations demanded an inquiry this week after Israeli shells killed nearly 40 Palestinians near a U.N. school filled with Gazans. Israel said militants had launched an attack from the area, then ran into a crowd of civilians for cover.
The 13-day Israeli offensive has killed about 750 Palestinians, according to Palestinian hospital officials and human rights workers. Two Israeli soldiers were killed in combat Thursday, raising the number of soldiers killed in Gaza to eight since the assault began Dec. 27. Four Israelis, including one soldier, also have been killed by rockets fired at Israeli cities.
"We've been coordinating with them (Israeli forces) and yet our staff continue to be hit and killed," said a U.N. spokesman, Chris Gunness, announcing the suspension. The U.N. is the largest aid provider in Gaza.
Israeli police, meanwhile, said militants in the Gaza Strip fired 24 rockets into Israel on Thursday, injuring four people, one of them seriously. Militants fired larger numbers of rockets in the early days of the conflict.
The Israeli assault is intended to halt years of Palestinian rocket attacks on southern Israel. But with roughly half the Palestinian dead believed to be civilians, international efforts to broker a cease-fire have been gaining steam.
Israeli envoys traveled to Egypt on Thursday to discuss the proposal being brokered by France and Egypt.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy said any time lost will play into the hands of those who want war.
"The weapons must go quiet, the escalation must stop, Israel must obtain security guarantees and leave Gaza," he said in Paris.
The U.N. provides food aid to around 750,000 Gaza residents — about half of Gaza's population — and runs dozens of schools and clinics throughout the territory. They have some 9,000 local staffers in Gaza as well as a small team of international staffers.
Elena Mancusi Materi, UNRWA's spokeswoman in Geneva, said the suspension concerned all truck movement in Gaza.
"If someone comes to one of our food distribution centers, we will give that person food," she said. "If people come to our clinics with injuries, we will treat them."
For a second straight day, Israel suspended its Gaza military operation for three hours to allow in humanitarian supplies. Shortly before the pause took effect, the U.N. said one of its aid trucks came under fire from a gunner on an Israeli tank, killing the driver.
U.N. spokesman Adnan Abu Hasna said the U.N. coordinated the delivery in northern Gaza with Israel, and the vehicle was marked with a U.N. flag and insignia. The Israeli army said it was investigating.
Hasna said the truck driver died immediately and another man in the truck died later of his wounds. A third man was also injured.

Democrats Criticize Obama's Plans On Tax Cuts
WASHINGTON – President-elect Barack Obama's proposed tax cuts ran into opposition Thursday from senators in his own party who said they wouldn't do much to stimulate the economy or create jobs. Senators from both parties agreed that Congress should do something to stimulate the economy. But Democratic senators emerging from a private meeting of the Senate Finance Committee criticized business and individual tax cuts in Obama's stimulus plan.
They were especially critical of a proposed $3,000 tax credit for companies that hire or retrain workers.
"If I'm a business person, it's unlikely if you give me a several-thousand-dollar credit that I'm going to hire people if I can't sell the products they're producing," said Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., a member of the committee.
"That to me is just misdirected," Conrad said.
Sen John Kerry, D-Mass., said, "I'd rather spend the money on the infrastructure, on direct investment, on energy conversion, on other kinds of things that much more directly, much more rapidly and much more certainly create a real job."
The cost of the economic rescue package Obama wants is expected to swell to $800 billion or more. About $300 billion of Obama's package would be for tax cuts or refunds for individuals and businesses.
One tax provision would provide a $500 tax cut for most workers and $1,000 for couples, at a cost of about $140 billion to $150 billion over two years. The individual tax cuts may be awarded through withholding less from worker paychecks, effectively making them about $10 to $20 larger each week.
Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., said he doubted that a modest tax cut would change consumers' spending habits.
"In tough times people don't respond all that well to marginal changes, such as a small amount of money added per paycheck," Wyden said.
Democratic Sen. Max Baucus of Montana, chairman of the Finance Committee, said he hopes to schedule a committee vote on the stimulus package in about two weeks, which would coincide with the week of Obama's inauguration. Many senators still hope to approve a package by mid-February.
There is "general agreement that because of the recession we've got to move, we've got to move quickly, very quickly," Baucus said.
He added that it is too early to pass judgment on any aspect of Obama's plan.
"This is an early part of this whole process. A lot of preliminary questions are going to be asked," Baucus said.

Racial and ethnic self-segregation

Two recent articles (see here and here) in the Chicago Tribune show that self-segregation is still the norm in 21st-century America. When whites move to Chicago, they naturally gravitate to the North Side, while blacks head to the South Side. Many of these whites doubtless voted for Obama, but “they aren’t nearly as interested in living in neighborhoods rich in color.”
Indeed, one of the articles cites a study indicating that whites prefer neighborhoods in which no more than 17% of the population is black and another in which whites rate neighborhoods higher if it is a white neighborhood independent of the physical condition of the neighborhood. As usual, whites are acting on these preferences with white flight. Whites make up a declining percentage of the city’s population (now 28%) as they retreat to suburban areas where they can live in neighborhoods with people like themselves.
This behavior conflicts with the official multicultural utopian attitudes that are so apparent in the articles. But it does conform to psychological research that people naturally prefer to associate with people who are similar to themselves. In fact, there are deep psychological roots to ethnocentrism that make us attracted to and more trusting of genetically similar others. Douglas Massey, Princeton University expert on segregation is quoted to the effect that “although white attitudes have changed and they don’t believe in segregation in principle very much anymore. . .in intimate settings their comfort level isn’t very high.” Sociologists such as Robert Putnam have also shown that ethnic homogeneity is associated with greater trust of others and greater political participation.
Of course, whites can’t be explicit about these preferences. Colin Lampark, the white engineer who moved to Lincoln Park, claims he didn’t move to the South Side because he “just doesn’t know anyone on the South Side.” This would seem to be an example of what I call “implicit whiteness“:
White flight is one of the most salient phenomena of the late 20th century. And where are these white people fleeing to? To the suburbs where there are lots of other white people and where their children go to schools with other white children.
As sociologist Kevin Kruse notes in his book White Flight: Atlanta and the Making of Modern Conservatism, race is never part of the explicit rhetoric of white flight. Instead, white flight tends to be expressed as opposition to the federal government, the welfare state, taxation, and perceived moral dangers like abortion and homosexuality. But at the implicit level, the desire for white communities and the aversion to contributing to public goods for nonwhites are the overriding motivations.
Each of these identities allows white people to associate with other whites without any explicit acknowledgement that race plays a role.
However, blacks can be explicit about their preferences:
Research shows that blacks largely remain segregated from whites across income levels, though to a lesser extent than 30 years ago.
Many higher-income African-Americans who could afford to live anywhere in the city choose to live among blacks, even at the expense of wealth accumulation in their homes.
“It provides a certain comfort for middle-class African-Americans who may work in a corporate environment where they are minorities to live in a neighborhood where they aren’t a minority,” said Richard Pierce, chairman of the Africana studies department at the University of Notre Dame.
[Rosalyn] Bates, of Bronzeville [a black neighborhood], might fit into that category. A clinical therapist, she and her attorney sister canvassed much of the city before selecting a neighborhood.
“There is a comfort level being among people of your own race,” she said. “I don’t think that there was any intention of segregation behind that.”
The articles reflect the attitude that there is a moral imperative for whites to live in integrated neighborhoods, but it is entirely benign when blacks do it. It is similar to the immigration issue writ small: Massive non-white immigration is a moral imperative for Western societies, but other societies have no such obligation. Societies from Israel to Korea to Zimbabwe are free to preserve their people and culture. And they are intent on doing so.
But such attitudes among whites are cause for censure and endless handwringing by elites in the media and academic world. Whites are retreating to white enclaves where they can find a measure of psychological ease and comfort — except when they talk to the media.
