MIAMI – A judge on Tuesday ruled that a strict Florida law that blocks gay people from adopting children is unconstitutional, declaring there was no legal or scientific reason for sexual orientation alone to prohibit anyone from adopting.
Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Cindy Lederman said the 31-year-old law violates equal protection rights for the children and their prospective gay parents, rejecting the state's arguments that there is "a supposed dark cloud hovering over homes of homosexuals and their children."
She noted that gay people are allowed to be foster parents in Florida. "There is no rational basis to prohibit gay parents from adopting," she wrote in a 53-page ruling.
Florida is the only state with an outright ban on gay adoption. Arkansas voters last month approved a measure similar to a law in Utah that bans any unmarried straight or gay couples from adopting or fostering children. Mississippi bans gay couples, but not single gays, from adopting.
The ruling means that Martin Gill, 47, and his male partner can adopt two brothers, ages 4 and 8, whom he has cared for as foster children since December 2004.
"I've never seen myself as less than anybody else," Gill said. "We're very grateful. Today, I've cried the first tears of joy in my life."
He said the two boys have been practicing writing their new last names, and the older one said: "That's what's going to make us a family."
Attorneys for the American Civil Liberties Union, who represent Gill, said the case was the first in the nation in which numerous experts in child psychology, social work and other fields testified that there is no science to justify a gay adoption ban.
The state planned a swift appeal, likely setting up a battle that could reach the Florida Supreme Court. A judge in gay-friendly Key West also found the law unconstitutional in September, but that ruling has not been appealed and has limited legal reach.
The state presented experts who claimed there was a higher incidence of drug and alcohol abuse among gay couples, that they were more unstable than heterosexual unions and that the children of gay couples suffer a societal stigma.
Organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association and American Psychiatric Association all support permitting same-sex couples to adopt.
Lederman rejected all the state's arguments soundly.
"It is clear that sexual orientation is not a predictor of a person's ability to parent," the judge wrote. "A child in need of love, safety and stability does not first consider the sexual orientation of his parent. The exclusion causes some children to be deprived of a permanent placement with a family that is best suited to their needs."
Florida Assistant Attorney General Valerie Martin said an appeal would be filed on behalf of the state Department of Children & Families. She declined additional comment.
Neil Skene, special counsel for DCF, said the judge did an "excellent job" on the case, but the department still must enforce state law. He noted that DCF placed the foster children with Gill.
"We think this is a wonderful foster parent," Skene said.
Reaction came quickly from advocates of gay, lesbian and transgender parents who have long considered Florida's law the most draconian in the nation. Jennifer Chrisler, executive director of the Boston-based Family Equality Council, said the decision is a "long-overdue recognition of the equal ability of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to raise happy, healthy families."
"The best interests of children should be decided by parents, families, professionals and judges, not opportunistic politicians and interest groups," Chrisler said.
John Stemberger, chairman of a successful drive earlier this month to pass a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage in Florida, called the ruling "classic judicial activism" and predicted it would be reversed on appeal.
"Everywhere in the law where children are affected, the standard must always be what is in the best interest of the child," said Stemberger, an attorney in Orlando. "What is stunning to me is that when it comes to dealing with gays, that standard goes out the window. Children do better with a mother and a father."

Trillions of dollars for the International Jewish Bankers…
Trillions of dollars for the International Jewish Bankers…
Zero for America’s Auto industry and 10 million American employees.
Hear David Duke Speak on This Issue
By David Duke
Ben Shalom Bernanke, the Jewish head of the Federal Reserve told Congress and the American people that we must pass a 700 billion dollar bailout (theft) of taxpayer’s money that must be given to the Jewish-dominated international banks. At the same time the Jewish economic bosses don’t want to give a dime to the overwhelmingly Gentile auto industry that employs 2 million Americans!
The same Jewish international bank recipients of the bailout were the biggest contributors of Obama and McCain as illustrated by Jewish firm of Goldman Sacks, Obama’s biggest single contributor at over $800,000 (last FEC report before the election). Does that sound like change you can believe in?
The Washington Post estimated that over 50 percent of national political funding comes from Jewish sources, a group only 2.3 percent of the population. The wealthiest and most powerful lobby in Congress is AIPAC (the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee). AIPAC is essentially a lobby for a foreign nation, Israel and every perceived interest of the Jewish community.
Firms like Goldman Sachs and Lehman brothers have given tens of millions of dollars to the same Congress that passed the 700 billion dollar bailout for the international banking houses. In addition to the 700 billion theft of taxpayer’s money authorized by Congress, money allocated directly by Bernanke’s Federal Reserve and by executive order will amount to at least an additional trillion dollars.
That is the staggering sum of 1.7 trillion dollars of taxpayer’s money allocated to the International Bankers. 1.7 trillion dollars is one thousand seven hundred billion dollars and experts say that the amount could double over the next year.
The media which was monolithically for the bailout are in Jewish hands every bit as much a American political fundraising and lobbying. Here’s a direct quote from a major Jewish publication bragging about their control of America’s major media conglomerates:
“Four of the largest five entertainment giants are now run or owned by Jews. Murdoch’s News Corp (at number four) is the only gentile holdout - however Rupert is as pro-Israel as any Jew, probably more so.” (Los Angeles Jewish Times Oct. 29. 1999) [Other sources claim Murdoch's mother, Elisabeth J. Greene, is Jewish, in addition Murdoch's right hand man who runs the day to day operations of the Fox News Corp is Peter Chernin, an open Jewish extremist and Israeli Partisan.]
The same Jewish owned and run newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, The NY Times and The Washington Post that unanimously supported the bailout of the mostly Jewish financial firms now are questioning whether the government should offer a tiny loan (in comparison to the bailout of international financial firms) to perhaps the most important economic linchpin of the country, the American auto industry. If the American auto industry is lost it will cost America upward of 10 million jobs and certainly result in economic ruin for the rest of us as well.
Starting with Henry Ford, the auto companies did more than any other manufacturing industry to make America a prosperous economic powerhouse. The last three American auto makers, GM, Ford and Chrysler are now facing bankruptcy and annihilation.
This burgeoning depression brought on by massive banking fraud, misuse, theft and mismanagement now threatens the most important segment of the U.S. economy, the American auto industry. This bankruptcy is also due in no small part the free trade policies that have flooded America with cars and goods from Third World plants based on slave labor wages and plants that did not have the added expenses required of environmental protection. Cars have poured in from Mexico, Brazil and other parts of the planet and crippled the U.S. auto industry. The many auto manufacturers thriving after the Second World War have been reduced to only 3. Now, on top of suicidal American trade policies set by the international financiers, auto companies are being dealt a death blow by the current financial crisis brought on by the same international banking firms.
What are these last 3 American automakers asking for? Unlike the financial firms, they are not asking the taxpayer to take over trillions of dollars of bad debts. They are simply asking for a loan, I repeat a loan of $25 billion to be taken from the 1.7 trillion dollars allocated to the International Banks. Just 25 billion out of 1,700 billion! But that is just too much for the greedy Wall Street financial crowd.
Most Americans are simply not informed as what is at stake. U.S. auto companies directly employ over 250,000 Americans, another 730,000 have jobs with businesses that produce the parts and materials that go into cars, and over 1,000,000 Americans work in dealerships. That’s approximately 2 million Americans who, if they lost their jobs would go from producing income and spending for other goods and services to being a huge drain on the social and economic system. The cascade effect would result in 4 or 5 times their number of unemployed Americans.
To quote the Associated Press on November 20, 2008:
“…If just one of the auto giants would go belly up, some estimates put U.S. job losses next year as high as 2.5 million.”
If all three go bankrupt because of the cascading effect it would probably result in over 10 million jobs lost.
The Jewish-dominated media has been featuring pundit after pundit telling the public to oppose the auto industry loan. This is the same media that overwhelmingly tell us that 1,700 billion taxpayer robbery to the international Jewish financial companies is absolutely necessary. Watching the conservative, Jewish Neocon run Fox News this morning and the more liberal Jewish run MSNBC and CNN, I have seen story after story condemning the proposal to loan money to our ailing auto industry. They have even run stories about the fact that the big three auto dealers dared to come to Washington from Detroit on their corporate jets, costing about $ 20,000 in an attempt to make the American people think that that they shouldn’t get any money. All the top executives of the largest firms in the world, including the financial executives that are being bailed out now, fly in corporate jets.
When Bernanke and the Jewish investment firms were pushing for 1,700 billion purchase of their toxic paper (worthless mortgages) there were no stories of the dozens of international bankers flying from NY and all over the world to Washington to push for the bailout.
The media also left the impression that the 25 billion dollar loan is a new loan in addition to the 700 billion congressionally authorized bailout, when in fact it is simply a congressional action that out of the 700 billion dollars for the banksters, just 25 billion of that amount would go for a loan for the American auto industry and the well-being of millions of American workers in this critical American industry.
The Associated Press reported in the November 20 article that:
Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson [former CEO at Goldman Sachs] can tap the financial industry bailout money to help auto companies, [Senate Majority Leader] Reid said, but “he just doesn’t want to.”
Of course the former CEO of Goldman Sachs doesn’t.
The contrast of the response to the 1,700 billion dollars for the international Jewish bankers and request of just 25 billion dollars for the overwhelming Gentile auto industry and millions of American workers should be wake up anyone to the real nature of the Federal Government. It is not our government.
It is also not our media. These powers are not in the interest of the American people but an alien elite whose interests always come before that the American people. They wanted the war for Israel in Iraq. Their media lied about it, their bought politicians voted for it. They wanted the change of America’s immigration policy to make European Americans a minority in our own country. They want to take away the wealth and power of the American people and concentrate it in their own hands
It is their media, their government. Bush was their President. Obama is their new President. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, just that the new boss has a new face.
The opposition to the Auto Industry loan is one more illustration of the fact how we have lost America.
It is proof that we all have to work, struggle and to sacrifice to get it back.
I am doing my part.

Obama Picks Hillary as Secretary of State
WASHINGTON – President-elect Barack Obama plans to nominate Hillary Rodham Clinton as secretary of state after Thanksgiving, a new milestone for the former first lady and a convergence of two political forces who fought hard for the presidency.
One week after the former primary rivals met secretly to discuss the idea of Clinton becoming the nation's top diplomat, an Obama adviser said Thursday that the two sides were moving quickly toward making it a reality, barring any unforeseen problems.
The senior adviser, speaking on condition of anonymity because the president-elect is not prepared to officially announce the nomination, said Obama believes Clinton would bring instant stature and credibility to U.S. diplomatic relations.
Obama is convinced the advantages of Clinton serving far outweighed potential downsides, the adviser said.
Transition aides said the two camps have worked out financial disclosure issues involving Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton, and the complicated international funding of his foundation that operates in more than 40 countries. The aides said Obama and Hillary Clinton have had substantive conversations about the secretary of state job.
Clinton has been mulling the post for several days, but the comments from the transition aides suggested that Obama's team does not feel she is inclined to turn it down. Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines would not comment, except to say that anything about Cabinet appointments is for Obama's transition team to address.
Clinton would have to surrender her New York Senate seat, which she has held for eight years, to take the job.
The nomination would be a remarkable union between the former first lady who was an early favorite to win the presidency and the first-term senator who upset her in the primary and cruised to a general election victory. Such a high-profile seat in the Cabinet for Clinton also would be another achievement for the most accomplished former first lady in U.S. history, who has been the first presidential spouse to serve in the Senate and run for the White House herself.
Obama was picking other Cabinet posts as well. Obama has informally selected Washington lawyer Eric Holder as attorney general and former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle as health secretary and is likely to choose Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano to be secretary of homeland security, Democrats said.
Any of the plans could be sidetracked by unexpected glitches in the final vetting process, officials note.

The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of the more than $23,500 in payments allegedly made to the Boston Democrat by undercover agents and a cooperating witness during the 18-month investigation.
If convicted, Wilkerson faces up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine on each of the eight charges.
Wilkerson, who is free on a $50,000 unsecured bond, has said there is "more to this story."
A call to her lawyer was not immediately returned Tuesday.

Analysis: Obama won with ethnic, racial coalition
Arizona: The largest share of John McCain voters - 67% - were white and 29% were Hispanic
SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - New Mexico’s voters split along familiar ethnic and racial lines in this year’s presidential race.
But those divisions in the electorate played a significant role in the outcome.
An exit poll of New Mexico voters showed an overwhelming majority of Democrat Barack Obama’s supporters were Hispanic, American Indian and African American.
Hispanics were the largest segment of Obama’s supporters — accounting for half.
Whites represented 38% of Obama’s voters. Other minorities, mainly American Indians, made up the remainder

Obamadness
by Joe Rebel
Obama, Obama, Obama! that's all we've been hearing for over a week. Everywhere I go, I see his face on magazines and billboards. Turn on the t.v., he's on every channel. When I go to sleep, he's even in my dreams. When will this nightmare end? Probably not for a long time.
I am not one bit surprised that Barack Obama won. The Jewish media made sure of that long before we could even see the sign on the wall. He was their golden boy who could do no wrong and they were not going to let anyone get in their way of making sure he won. It would seem that as a token of his gratitude for Jewish support, he appointed Jewish supremacist Rahm Emanuel (whom both parents were Israeli citizens and his father was a member of the Irgun) as Chief of Staff.
Obama practically got the Jewish vote by 93%, as well as almost 100% of the black vote, 78% of the Hispanic vote, and just enough white voters to win. This whole election was not just about who would be the next president, or if for the first time America would have a black president, but rather about who would be the best servant for Israel. And he shall surely serve his Jewish masters well.
Of course there was not much to talk about John McCain and Sarah Palin either and their pro-war stance did not help their cause any more. Neither candidate even tried to crater to the white majority. As far as Mrs "Pitbull With Lipstick" Sarah Palin, while she might have had the looks, she seemed to be lack some items in the brain department.
And then there's Vice President-elect Joe Biden, who while while running for the Democratic Presidental primary in 1988, was accused of plagiarizing a speech from then-leader of the British Labour Party Neil Kinnock, causing him to drop out of the race. Why Obama picked him? We may never know?
Despite many red flags, along with some comments that he and his wife made, he was still able to get very many white voters, which is disturbing enough, being that his whole campaign looked a bit shifty from the get-go. But like many whites, they just shrug their shoulders and go on with their lives without even a care for their race or even the world. We seem to live in age of Nihilism, where existance and symbolism, including race has no value.
Regardless of how the next four years turn out, it is still an embarrassment that for the first time in history, we have a non-Western president in charge of a Western nation, (I'm sure Charles Martel and many other brave white men who fought to keep the West from being over run by those who would dare trespass in our racial homelands and dry us out have turned over on their graves and few more times in shock).
What is worse is that other white nations may be doomed to follow unless a White revolution takes place in our own homelands. Unless that happens, the end is nigh for the West.
One positive outcome is that more and more whites are starting to wake up and see the light from the end of this dark tunnel we call real life. We can only hope that this continues.

Gunga Designer Accused of Rape, Sexual Assaults
Designer Anand Jon guilty of rapes, sex assaults
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Celebrity fashion designer Anand Jon was convicted on Thursday of raping and sexually assaulting aspiring models as young as 14.
Jon, 34, a rising designer who had dressed socialite Paris Hilton and singer Janet Jackson before his arrest last year, faces possible life imprisonment after a Los Angeles Superior Court jury found him guilty on 16 criminal counts.
The crimes involved lewd acts on a child, rape and sexual battery in assaults between 2001 and 2007 against nine would-be models aged between 14 and 21. He was also convicted of possessing child pornography.
Prosecutors said Jon lured girls and women to Los Angeles with the promise they could work as models and then attacked them.
"He humiliated, degraded and took what he wanted from them. He was a predator who took advantage of the weak people around him. He has no criminal sexual borders. If he didn't use force, he laced their drinks," prosecutor Frances Young told the jury.
Jon, whose full name is Anand Jon Alexander, denied the charges. His lawyers said the girls and young women were revenge seekers who had made up their stories or who had "invited what happened," and that there was little physical evidence.
The designer was acquitted of four charges and the jury could not reach a verdict on three other counts.
Sentencing is scheduled for January 13. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office said Jon was facing a sentence of life in prison, with a 67-year wait before becoming eligible for parole.
Jon has been in custody for a year because he is being investigated on similar charges in New York and Dallas.
The Indian-born designer was profiled on the TV show "America's Next Top Model" in 2003 and selected by Newsweek magazine as one of the world's most successful South Asians in 2004.

Breaking the cycle of white working class underachievement
The groundbreaking study was commissioned by the NUT and NCSL against a background of growing national concern about the educational performance of the low income white working class
Future head teachers should spend time in schools where white working class pupils are successful to learn how to disrupt the cycle of serious under achievement endemic in this group of young people since mass education was introduced in the Victorian times, according to new research from Manchester University, commissioned by the National Union of Teachers and the National College for School Leadership.
Some schools are successfully bucking the trend in which white boys and girls on free school meals are the lowest attaining group in the country, apart from Gypsy and Traveller children, and future school leaders need to see these schools in action and learn from them how to challenge social stereotypes based on class, says the report.
The training of teachers and school leaders has to tackle class stereotypes in the same way that it does ethnic and gender stereotypes, argues the report “Successful Leadership for Promoting the Achievement of White Working Class Pupils” by Dr Denis Mongon, Senior Research Fellow and Dr Chris Chapman, Reader in Educational Leadership and Improvement, at the School of Education, University of Manchester.

Gay couples to start to marry in Connecticut
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – While there's anger and recriminations in California's gay-rights movement after voters there banned same-sex marriage, gay couples in Connecticut are at the opposite extreme: They're getting ready to pick up marriage license forms.
Superior Court Judge Jonathan Silbert has scheduled a hearing Wednesday morning to enter the final judgment in the case that allows same-sex marriages in Connecticut. Once entered, couples can pick up marriage license forms at town and city clerk's offices.
It's unclear how many couples will wed. According to the state public health department, there have been 2,032 civil union licenses issued in Connecticut between Oct. 2005 and July 2008.
The Connecticut Supreme Court ruled 4-3 on Oct. 10 that same-sex couples have the right to wed rather than accept a civil union law designed to give them the same rights as married couples.
The health department had new marriage applications printed that reflect the change. Instead of putting one name under "bride" and the other under "groom," couples will see two boxes marked "bride/groom/spouse."
Only Connecticut and Massachusetts have legalized gay marriage.
The unions were legal in California until a statewide referendum to ban gay marriage narrowly passed last week. The vote has sparked protests and several lawsuits asking that state's Supreme Court to overturn the prohibition.
Constitutional amendments to ban gay marriage also passed last week in Arizona and Florida, and Arkansas voters approved a measure banning unmarried couples from serving as adoptive or foster parents.
But in Connecticut, voters rejected the idea of a constitutional convention to amend the state's constitution, dealing a major blow to opponents of same-sex marriage.
"There's always that worry in the back of our head," Peg Oliveira said about the possibility of someday losing her marriage rights. "I don't see it going in that direction right now."
Oliveira, a 36-year-old yoga teacher and educational consultant, plans to marry Jennifer Vickery, a 44-year-old lawyer, on the New Haven green on Wednesday. Oliveira said marriage will make clear her spouse's rights to raise their 3-month-old baby if something should happen to her.
"We're thrilled and we don't want to wait one minute," she said. "I want to show the folks who worked so hard to make this possible that we are very grateful and we don't want to wait any longer to be able to say the words `We are married.'"
Oliveira and Vickery did not enter into a civil union, believing the arrangement would have signaled to lawmakers that they had done enough.
"There's a world of understanding to the word marriage that simply doesn't exist with civil unions," Oliveira said. "The relationship feels validated by the external world."
The Family Institute of Connecticut, a political action group that opposes gay marriage, condemned the high court's decision as undemocratic. Peter Wolfgang, the group's executive director, acknowledged banning gay marriage in Connecticut would be difficult but vowed not to give up.
"Unlike California, we did not have a remedy," Wolfgang said. "It must be overturned with patience, determination and fortitude."
The state's 2005 civil union law will remain on the books, at least for now. Same-sex couples can continue to enter civil unions, which give them the same legal rights and privileges in Connecticut as married couples without the status of being married.
State Rep. Michael Lawlor, D-East Haven, co-chairman of the legislature's Judiciary Committee, said lawmakers will have to decide the fate of the civil union law.
"We'll definitely be taking this up," he said. The new legislative session opens in January.

S. Korea seizes almost 10,000 fake US ’supernotes’
Police said they were cooperating with Interpol to determine the original manufacturers of the bogus bills and crack down on the operation.
SEOUL - South Korean police said Tuesday they have seized almost 10,000 fake 100-US dollar bills, known as “supernotes” for their high quality, and arrested four people.
The Busan Metropolitan Police Agency said its arrest Monday of the four men led to the seizure of 9,904 100-dollar notes brought in from China.
They were caught trying to sell the notes for 50 dollars each in the southern port of Busan.
Police said they are still hunting a ethnic Korean Chinese citizen who was in charge of smuggling the fake bills from China. They said the “supernotes” were so skilfully made that counterfeit detection machines in local banks did not pick them up.

Farrakoon Praises Obama at Mosque
Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan said in an address Sunday celebrating Barack Obama that the new president-elect has a God-given capacity to handle any burdens he'll face as the nation's leader.
Farrakhan added that Obama will be able to make positive changes only with help from "God and people of goodwill," and he urged followers of the Chicago-based black nationalist movement to do their part.
"President-elect Obama has energized all segments of the depressed, downtrodden, rejected and despised," he said in a 90-minute speech at Mosque Maryam on the city's South Side. "Now it is up to us to take the new energy that he has given us ... and channel that energy into making ourselves better."Dressed in intricately decorated red and gold robes and a matching fez, the once-ailing 75-year-old leader spoke to more than 1,000 followers in an address called "America's New Beginning: President-elect Barack Obama.
"Farrakhan, who said Obama draws a "oneness of spirit" from all people, admitted he stayed quiet about his support for Obama during the past few months out of fear his words would harm the Illinois senator's bid for the White House.
In February, Farrakhan praised Obama, calling him "the hope of the entire world that America will change and be made better" at a Saviours' Day event in Chicago.
But Obama quickly distanced himself from Farrakhan, denouncing the minister's support during a presidential debate with then-Democratic rival Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. Obama said he objected to Farrakhan's past statements about Judaism, which many have considered anti-Semitic. Nation of Islam officials have said Farrakhan's comments are often taken out of context.
On Sunday, Farrakhan said Obama faced unfair scrutiny for his associations with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's former pastor, who was shown making fiery statements about the U.S. government in widely circulated video clips. Obama was also criticized because of the Rev. Michael Pfleger, a Chicago priest who mocked Clinton at Wright and Obama's former church, Trinity United Church of Christ.
"For nine months, I kept quiet because I saw that the good words that I spoke about this beautiful young man at our Saviours' Day convention and the way they were misused," Farrakhan said of Obama. "I decided it would be better for me to just be quiet rather than be drawn into the controversy that was swirling around his pastor, Father Pfleger, and others."
Farrakhan then added with a smile, "I feel freer today to say the things that are in my heart."
He thanked black leaders including the Revs. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, for laying the foundation for Obama's victory, which he called Divine.
The Nation of Islam has espoused black nationalism and self-reliance since it was founded in the 1930s, but has reached out more lately to other groups, including immigrants.
Farrakhan has haltingly tried to move the Nation toward traditional Islam, which considers the American movement heretical.
He has also downplayed some of the group's more controversial beliefs. The Nation of Islam has taught that whites are descended from the devil and that blacks are the chosen people of Allah.

Why Did John McCain Lose?
By Patrick J. Buchanan
Let's start with those "headwinds" intowhich he was flying. The president of the United States, the leaderof his party, was at Nixon-Carter levels of approval, 25 percent, going into Election Day. Sixty-two percent of the nation thought theeconomy was the No. 1 issue, and 93 percent thought the economy wasbad. Two-thirds of the nation thought the war McCain championed was amistake, and 80 percent to 90 percent thought the country was on the wrong course.
As a political athlete, measured by charisma and communicationsskills, McCain is not even in the same league with Barack Obama. Hewas outspent by vast sums, and his political organization was farinferior. It is a wonder McCain was even competitive, dealt such ahand. Yet, by Sept. 10, McCain, thanks to Sarah Palin, whoseselection had proven a sensation, had come from eight points behindto take the lead, and Joe Biden was wailing that maybe Hillary wouldhave been a better choice for Obama. Then came the collapse of LehmanBrothers, the bailout of AIG, McCain's assertion that the economy wasfundamentally sound, and his panicked return to Washington to assistBush and Hank Paulson push through a wildly unpopular bank bailout —using 700 billion in tax dollars to buy up rubbish paper the idiotbankers had put on their books. The Establishment's Man had come tosave the Establishment.
Suddenly, it was McCain who was down 10 points, as the feline andferal press went on a wilding attack on Sister Sarah. He neverrecovered, though the McCain-Palin final push left egg on the facesof pollsters who were predicting a double-digit triumph for Obama.Perhaps no Republican, in these circumstances, could have won, especially with that month-long bloodletting on Wall Street thatwiped out $4 trillion to $5 trillion in stock and bond value, ravaging IRAs and 401Ks, portfolios and pensions alike. Yet, McCainmight still have won had he not, like his three fellow establishmentRepublicans Gerald Ford, George H.W. Bush and Bob Dole, beeninhibited by the Mainstream Media and his own Beltway beliefs.
Consider. In California, where a liberal judiciary had ordered thestate to recognize homosexual marriages, voters, by 52 to 48, slappedthe judges across the face and ordered the ban reimposed and placedin the California constitution. Arizona and Florida also voted tooutlaw gay marriage, by landslides. The New York Times deploredthe "ugly outcome" of these three referenda and said voterswere "enshrining bigotry," thus calling the majority of Californians, Arizonans and Floridians bigots and their Bible-rooted Christian beliefs nothing but bigotry.
Good to know what they think of us. Yet, McCain, who might have beenout front on these moral and cultural issues, paid only lip service —and lost Florida, and California by a landslide. In Missouri, whereMcCain eked out a victory, a proposal to make English the officialstate language carried six to one. In Nebraska, a proposal to banaffirmative action carried 58 to 42, but lost in a 50-50 tie inColorado. Parental notification won 48 percent support in California,a far higher share of the vote than McCain got, while a measure tooutlaw abortion except in cases of rape, incest and the life of themother got 45 percent in South Dakota. Had McCain made an issue of Obama's support for a Freedom of Choice Act that would eliminate allstate restrictions on abortion, he could have forced Obama to defend what yet remains a radical and extreme view in America.
While Barack was locking up black America, McCain failed to hold onto Bush's share of the white working class, though Obama had the mostliberal voting record in the Senate and long associations with thelikes of Jeremiah Wright and '60s bomber William Ayers. Perhapsfearful his "good guy" reputation with his old buddies in hismedia "base" would be imperiled, McCain ruled Wright off limits andseemed hesitant even to go after the Ayers connections. Lee Atwaterwould not have been so ambivalent. Leo Durocher put itsuccinctly: "Nice guys finish last."
Ultimately, however, the Beltway Republicans are losing MiddleAmerica because they are ideologically incapable of addressing twogreat concerns: economic insecurity and the perception that we arelosing the America that we grew up in. Economic insecurity istraceable to NAFTA-GATT globalization, under which it makes economicsense for U.S. companies to close factories here, build plants inChina and export back to the United States. Manufacturing nowaccounts for less than 10 percent of all U.S. jobs. Social insecurityis traceable to mass immigration, legal and illegal, which hasbrought in scores of millions who are altering the character ofcommunities and competing with U.S. workers by offering theirservices for far less pay.
These are the twin causes of death of the Reagan coalition, and aslong as the Republican Party is hooked on K Street cash, it will notaddress either, and thus pass, blissfully addicted, from this earth.

Obama Picks Zionist Jew As Chief of Staff
Obama's first pick: Israeli Rahm Emanuel as chief of staff
By Haaretz Correspondents and AP , By Anshel Pfeffer and Shlomo Shamir
A day after his historic election to become the first black American president, Barack Obama stepped into the role of president-elect yesterday, inviting Rahm Emanuel to join his administration as White House chief of staff, Democratic officials said.
Emanuel, a former Bill Clinton adviser, is the son of a Jerusalem-born pediatrician who was a member of the Irgun (Etzel or IZL), a militant Zionist group that operated in Palestine between 1931 and 1948.
Obama intends to announce key cabinet and staff staff members in the next few days to ensure a swift transition to the White House in January, which would allow him to deal with the global economic crisis as quickly as possible.
If Emanuel accepts, he will return to the White House, where he served as a political and policy adviser to Clinton. Emanuel is the fourth-ranking Democrat in the House of Representatives as the Democratic Caucus chairman.
Emanuel knows Obama from his hometown Chicago and headed the special team that planned the midterm elections in 2006, in which the Democrats recaptured a Congressional majority.
Emanuel also served as inspiration for the fictional character Joshua "Josh" Lyman, the deputy White House chief of staff, played by Bradley Whitford on the television drama "The West Wing."
Obama is expected to appoint loyal advisers and aides to central cabinet and staff positions, as well as experienced officials from the Clinton administration and a few prominent Republicans to enhance his intention to bridge political gaps.
Several Democrats said Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, the party's 2004 presidential nominee, was actively seeking appointment as secretary of state in the new administration.
They said Obama would issue a written statement announcing that his transition team would be headed by John Podesta, who served as chief of staff under Clinton; Pete Rouse, who has been Obama's chief of staff in the Senate; and Valerie Jarrett, a friend of the president-elect and campaign adviser.
One of the most talked-about appointments is the Treasury Department secretary. The names most mentioned for this post are former Clinton administration Treasury bosses Lawrence Summers and Robert Rubin. Or Obama might keep Secretary Henry Paulson.
Other candidates include a former Summers deputy, Timothy Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and billionaires Warren Buffett and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
The president-elect had breakfast yesterday with his wife and daughters, then left his house for a workout at a nearby gym. Aides said he intended to visit his campaign headquarters later in the day to thank his staff.
Obama has 10 weeks to build a new administration. But his status as an incumbent member of Congress presents issues unseen since 1960, when Democrat John F. Kennedy moved from the Senate to the White House.
Rahm Emanuel's father, Benjamin, yesterday refused to comment on the report that his son was appointed White House chief of staff. He told Haaretz that he would only comment after speaking to his son.
"Obama is a pro-Israeli leader and will be a friend to Israel," he said, adding that he was pleased with Obama's election. He also said his son is the namesake of Rahamim, a Lehi combatant who was killed.

California’s prison healthcare mess
So now three federal judges demand that California pay out $8 billion to serve rapists and drug pushers ahead of the fiscal and service needs of innocent citizens. How can such an outrage be justified?
The continuing saga of federal court efforts to reform medical care in California’s prisons is a textbook example both of why constitutional courts are unpopular in this country and why we need them. At a hearing Monday, a panel of three federal judges will consider whether the governor and comptroller should be held in contempt of court for failing to provide a cash down payment of $250 million on an $8-billion court-ordered plan to build seven medical facilities for prisoners.
The political timing for this shootout couldn’t be worse if Stephen King had written the script. The U.S. is in the middle of a financial meltdown in which short-term cash for even creditworthy states is endangered. Meanwhile, California’s finances are imploding. The state just passed a budget that cuts spending programs for the poor and the elderly and engineers accounting strategies last seen at Enron.

Lets get this Racial Holy War on the road.

2008 Election Marks a Great Disaster for the White Race
by James Buchanan
We are following in the footsteps of Rhodesia and South Africa.by James BuchananNovember 4th 2008 is a day that will live in infamy. Decades of multi-cultural brainwashing by the Jewish-controlled media, politically correct public schools and Marxist-controlled universities has resulted in the election of Barack Hussein Obama, the first mixed race president in the history of the United States. Our leftist-controlled courts refused to look into whether Obama was born in Kenya as three of his African relatives claim. The Founding Fathers did not consider Blacks worthy of US citizenship and the Constitution counted each Black slave as 3/5ths of a person for purposes of determining how many representatives each state would have.
So the Founding Fathers never wanted Blacks to be citizens or hold office in the new American Republic. Where did things go wrong? The Civil War was the first great step in the wrong direction. Instead of allowing the Southern states to secede peacefully from what they saw as a tyranical federal government, Abraham Lincoln decided to provoke a war with the South so he would not go down in history as the president who lost the southern states. After a bloody fratricidal war to protect Lincoln’s ego and legacy, the North crushed any hope the South had for freedom. The post-war period of Reconstruction saw the Republican Party spitefully making citizens out of ex-slaves and allowing these half-animals to rule over the White people of the South in one of the most shameful periods in US history. The North then passed the Fourteenth Amendment which declared that anyone born in the US would be a US citizen. This was done to make citizens out of all the ex-slaves so they could vote Republican. The Fourteenth Amendment watered down the requirements for citizenship so badly that now we have a population of almost 40 million Latinos, virtually all of whom or their ancestors entered the US illegally. Ironically, the descendants of the ex-slaves just voted the Republican Party out of the White House.
We are going down exactly the same road that the White people of Rhodesia and South Africa willingly went down. At least, they started down the road willingly and then quickly discovered that they had no choice –that the teeming masses of non-Whites would endlessly elect one Socialist Black president after another, who then stole their wealth and land and gave it to the non-Whites.
The only good thing about any of this is that we still have a White majority. We may still be able to wake up the White people of America and eliminate the Jewish controlled two-party system and replace it with a pro-White party if only White people realize how disastrous a Black-run government will be for them and how sinister the Jewish wire-pullers are who control our two-party system and mainstream media.
The 2008 election saw the first REAL threats of violence by the Blacks if the election did not go their way. We are descending into the same chaotic conditions of Haiti and most African nations where post-election violence is to be expected. We escaped it this election since Obama won. What if next election, White people decide that Obama has made things worse and he is voted out of power? How many of our cities will go up in flames and how many innocent White people will be shot dead in the streets because the United States is literally turning into a Third World nation?

'Obama will win the Jewish vote'
'Obama will win the Jewish vote'By HAVIV RETTIG
Experts observing the American elections believe that despite the rhetoric and vigorous campaigning on both sides, and speculation about a last-minute shift away from Barack Obama at the voting booth, American Jews will overwhelmingly vote for the Democratic contender for president.
Some American Jews have already had second guesses about voting for Obama, reported Prof. Eytan Gilboa, an expert in American politics and foreign policy at Bar-Ilan University, currently on sabbatical at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
"I personally know many people who were tilting toward Obama and decided [in the voting booth itself] to go for McCain," he said. "They changed their minds after the revelations about [Obama's connections with] Rashid Khalidi and others."
According to Dr. Ofir Haivry, an expert in Anglo-American political thought at the Shalem Center, "we don't really know many American Jews will vote because many [of those who say they will vote for Obama] are still unsure about him."
Haivry also had spoken to many American Jews who already voted and switched at the last minute.
The phenomenon points to a problem in predicting the Jewish vote.
A Washington Post-ABC News tracking poll released on Monday showed Obama soundly defeating McCain among Jewish voters nationwide by a ratio of 70-29 percent, similar to a lead held by former Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry in 2004, when he had a 74-25 advantage over George W. Bush.
But political analyst Tom Gross said "the polls often veer more to the Left than the [actual] vote out of a sense of embarrassment some American Jews feel in telling their friends they're voting Republican. In 2004, Democratic candidate John Kerry led in the polls for the same reasons. People tell their friends and pollsters they're going with the more fashionable candidate, but in the sober reality of the voting booth, some vote differently."
These last-minute changes don't reflect a racial element in Jewish voting, Gross said, but rather the mistakes inherent in the polling itself, which reflect a voter's desire to have "their friends think they are supporting the more in-vogue candidate."
Even so, the experts said the expected drop in support of Obama at the voting booth would likely be small.
Gilboa said that those changing their opinions at the last minute constitute perhaps 5% of American Jews who are independent voters.
"Most Jews are firmly in the Democratic or Republican camps, and their votes will reflect that," Gilboa said. "In most of the country, this small percentage [of undecided Jewish voters] will be swallowed up in the huge protest vote for Obama that's sweeping the country."
The only places where this small group of Jewish independents could be significant is in battleground states such as Florida and Ohio, "without which no Republican candidate ever took the presidency," Gilboa said.
Gross agreed. "Republican Jews had high hopes that there would be a big swing for McCain this year, particularly given the dubious background of some of Obama's associates. It looks like they will be disappointed. Apart from African-Americans, Jews will probably be the most pro-Democratic ethnic voting bloc in America once again," he predicted.
American Jewish votes will be "pretty consistent" with the polls, believes Dr. Etta Bick, chair of the department of Israel and Middle East studies at the Ariel University Center and an expert in American Jewry's role in Israel-America relations.
Their motivations for voting for Obama are strong ones, she explained. "Liberals feel very good about voting for Obama. In addition to promising change and the general feeling the Republicans are to blame for the economic crisis, [voting for Obama] is very special for them. Voting for a minority candidate demonstrates they are part of an open society."

78 percent of U.S. Hispanics favor Obama over McCain
U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Senator Barack Obama breathes in the cold damp air during remarks …
PHOENIX (Reuters) – In the final stretch to the presidential election, more than three quarters of likely Hispanic voters say they support Democrat Barack Obama over Republican John McCain, a study found.
The Univision/Reuters/Zogby poll released on Tuesday said that 78 percent of a sample of 1,016 Latino likely voters favored Sen. Obama, with 13 percent supporting McCain, an Arizona senator.
The poll, which was conducted between October 30 and November 2, found that 54 percent of respondents said the economy and jobs were the most important issue in deciding who to vote for, followed by health care and immigration, with 12 percent and 11 percent respectively.
Hispanics make up 15 percent of the U.S. population and 9 percent of the electorate, and could be a critical swing voting bloc in battleground states in the U.S. Southwest as well as Florida on Tuesday.
In 2004, President George W. Bush won about 40 percent of the Latino vote -- a Republican record -- when he beat Democrat John Kerry. But opinion polls show Republican standing among Hispanics has since been hurt by a shrill national debate over immigration reform and a worsening economy.
A survey by Zogby International last month found that 70 percent of Hispanic likely voters favored Obama, with 21 percent favoring McCain.
